Just noticed this dropped today. I got all excited thinkin' it was a new album cut or something. But it's just Lupe goin in over a Neptunes beat, which I'm pretty sure that Missy Elliot used before. But nevertheless, nice freestyle. Worth the listen.

Wow, it's been too long...

But yes, SwaggedUp will be still going. I've taken a 2 month hiatus to do my shit, last 2 months of highschool, 2 more days left. But these last 2 days will be a breeze, aside from work. So I plan on starting new posting tomorrow. Imma have to get this bad boy up and runnin again. On a weird note Lupe is rumored to be working with Soulja Boy for a track on Soulja Boy's newest album. Posted this a bit ago, bout two weeks ago. Beat's changed up a bit, and there's a verse from Maino and Lupe and no verse from Kardi on this one. Posted a Lupe picture cuz his verse is really only the one that mattered to me. Not a bad song though, just a bit long. I'm off to bed, peace!

Japanese Cartoon - Army x Heirplanes - Wtf?

Yeah...so this is the Lupe I was referring to. I'm sure most of you have already seen this on other blogs, since I'm a bit behind today, but I also had to get my two cents in on this. Of course it's Lupe with a very good British accent. But anyways...he claims it's not him. Believe what you want all, but I'm 99.9% it's Lupe Fiasco.

When you’re one of the greatest emcees of the modern generation readying your bow from hip-hop with three albums, what do you do meanwhile? In Lupe Fiasco’s case, you simply watch a film, get invigorated, start a band, begin making not so bad post-indie punk music in a faux British accent, think of a peculiar band name (cue “Japanese Cartoon”), create a MySpace page, & upload the music. Then act like it isn’t you but rather Percival Fats. Cool.

Wow. Yet again, I've been falling behind on this blog. You can pretty much count on Spif on never posting...he never does haha. But me, I try to keep up with it. I've just been busy with work, watchin playoff football, shoveling the damn driveway and homework. It's a nice track. If you all can recall, Ace Mac was pretty much last seen by anyone on the Make It Rain Remix. Haven't heard of him since. And of course got our boy Lupe on here. Got some more posts about Lupe later. Here's a dope remix. Never thought I'd see Lupe jump on a song with Breezy, but I do remember that video they had awhile back when they freestyle. Weezy and Lupe kill this for real though...so I thought I'd throw this song onto the post. Guess I got my wish right? I was hinting that it might drop tonight and it did. Here's Gladiator as well.
